Quality and efficient operation of each resort, even the one that has been perfectly designed and built, is not possible without well-established work of an operational complex.
All services of an operational complex, such as ropeways and snowmaking services, hire, infrastructure, suppliers and many others, have to work together without failures under the unified management. Even the smallest, at first sight, mistake in work of one of the services can lead to turns, down time, and, consequently, to considerable financial losses for the resort in general.
Therefore, a paramount task is preliminary, on the first steps of resort construction, recruitment of staff especially to the positions of services directors, and their training.
We offer all our customers the services for adjustment of work of all operation services at the initial stage of resort opening, up to the conclusion of the trust contract with the Customer.
The following services are performed under the separate contracts:
Participation in staff recruitment for complex services.
Organization of training in specific directions of operation for technical personnel.
Assistance in solution of organizational and administrative questions at the initial stage of operation.
Organization of site maintenance.
