In July 2020, SNOWPROM Group specialists started the installation of the ropeway complex manufactured by POMA S.A.S. (France).
Location of the facility: all-season tourist and recreational complex «Arkhyz», the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Russia.

Situated in Zelenchuk region of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, 220 km away from Mineralnye Vody, Arkhyz is a new and developing ski complex that offers both winter and summer tourism. Arkhyz belongs to the northern slopes of the Main Caucasian ridge, while the valley of Arkhyz is located between 1440 m and 3300 m above sea level.

The ropeway complex consists of 2 new ropeways:

SL1:
Ropeway length — 2266 m;
Elevation — 777 m;
Travel speed — 6 m/s;
Vehicles — «Diamond 10» gondolas;
Capacity — 1200 people/hour.

NL1:
Ropeway length — 1720 m;
Elevation — 343 m;
Travel speed — 5 m/s;
Vehicles — 6-seater chairs with bubbles;
Capacity — 2500 people/hour.

The new ropeways ensure greater safety and meet the latest requirements.
